Ad hoc announcements pursuant to Art. 53 LR

The SIX Swiss Exchange Regulation on Ad hoc Publicity requires listed companies to inform the public in a fair and transparent manner and at the earliest possible stage about significant developments in their company which are potentially price sensitive. The aim is to ensure transparency and equal treatment of investors, together with the proper functioning of the securities markets. Ad hoc publicity should also prevent insider trading by rapidly reducing information advantages.
